Hirshfield's Uniprep is a heavy duty wallcovering prep-coat designed to be used over most surfaces in which wallcovering is to be applied. It also minimizes seam shrinkage on many pre-pasted strippable papers. Uniprep has outstanding adhesion, water resistance and slip which helps to make any wallcovering job quicker, easier and more trouble free. Uniprep is a wallcovering adhesion promoter. Uniprep should be used to prepcoat most previously painted surfaces, drywall, plaster, metal surfaces, paneling, plastic laminate, ceramic tile, glass, and most smooth, slick surfaces. It is excellent for use under pre-pasted wallcoverings, most vinyls, foils, grasscloths, mylars, strings, textiles and many other similar wallcoverings.
