Mike Adochio

My role at Hirshfield’s includes researching projects and developing systems that will meet the standards for the painting and coatings projects.  Working with MPI, and knowledge of the systems standards set: ACT (Architectural Coating Technologist) #0812 and ACS (Architectural Coating Specialist) #a260.

A large percentage of my role involves working with companies and their specifications writers, writing and review specifications for paint and coatings in commercial projects.

I met my wife of 15 years at Winona State University, where I received my degree in organizational communication. Together we have two children. I am a den leader for my sons cub scout pack, as well as a “Sunday” school teacher for 4th graders. I enjoying spend time with my wife and kids and teaching them about the outdoors, as we have spend many nights in tents across the western part of the states.
