House & Trim is a premium quality satin exterior coating that exhibits the latest in paint technology. It is uniquely suited for cooler temperature applications that are typically found in the upper Midwest. By strictly following the label directions this material may be applied as low as 35°F. House and Trim is especially good for trim work such as doors and windows etc. It may be applied on wood siding, masonry, hardboard and properly primed metal. Typical applications include new and old homes, apartment buildings, condos, and commercial buildings.
