Hirshfield's Contractor Select Hi-Build is a low odor, low V.O.C. product is designed to be used as a primer under most latex topcoats. The Hi-build properties help to hide minor surface imperfections, and even the porosity and texture differences commonly found with new drywall. Can also be used as a finish coat where an economical flat finish is required. When properly applied, the mils thickness is equal to 2–4 coats of conventional paints and primers.
