In each of our locations, our sales team plays an integral part in delivering legendary customer service and a premium experience to our customers. It takes a passionate, positive, highly engaged, confident, self-starter to win our customers over and make their homes beautiful. Our sales associates assist our customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and with exemplar problem solving skills the sales associate will provide recommendations that will enhance the value and protects the customer largest investment – their home.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties may be added, modified or deleted at the company discretion.
- Be able to see color
- Ability to perform color and stain matches
- Ability to adapt to various communication styles with co-workers and customers
- Ability to work around and near chemicals
- Extreme detailed oriented
- Ability to work open/close shifts, and weekends (At locations that are open on weekends only)
- Basic understanding of color composition, design and trends in home décor
- Must be able to lift 15 lbs regularly, up to 60 lbs occasionally
