“A Relaxing Renewal” celebrates spring energy and renewal. It’s all about relaxing, organizing, getting together with friends and watching things grow.”
What better way to kick off spring than by touring the Bachman’s Spring Ideas House 2012. Lovely fresh-cut flowers, single stems, gorgeous bouquets, plants, and floral decor accessories are displayed throughout the house. In addition to floral fever, it’s always a treat seeing the creative re-purposing of many old and new items.
The inspiration piece for the Spring Ideas House comes from the color palette of the blossom painting that doubles as the headboard in the master bedroom. Soft colors are used on the walls and furnishings, with table linens and linen draperies pulling from the painting’s linen canvas. There are fewer re-purposed decor items throughout the Spring Ideas House than in previous houses, giving the house a more spacious and calm feeling. Remember nearly every item in the house is for sale.
There’s no Summer Ideas House this year, but save the dates of June 16 – July 15, 2012, for the Summer Patio Ideas Center. Come see outdoor living at its finest.

Tickets: On sale now at bachmans.com and at 612-861-7311. Tickets are sold on the half-hour during the following times: Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri: 10-5:30, Thurs: 10-6:30, Sat 10-4 & Sun: 11-4 Tickets are $5 and that includes a coupon for $5 off a $25 purchase. This year, 20% of ticket proceeds will benefit Art in Bloom.
