After twelve (12) months of continued service: Bonus to be paid: $500
Hirshfield’s offers Tuition Assistance to eligible employees. Tuition Assistance is money to help you pay for college courses that are taken at an “approved school” such as a two or four year public or private college or university; business, technical or vocational school; graduate or post-graduate school that is accredited by the Department of Education.
All Employees who have been employed for at least 90 days and worked a minimum of 10 hours per week prior to receiving Reimbursement are eligible.
What is the benefit?
Full-Time Employees: Annual maximum reimbursement paid in any calendar year for all qualified courses is $3,120.00
Part Time Employees: Annual maximum reimbursement paid in any calendar year for all qualified courses is $1,560.00
