Smart Strip is exceptional for the safe removal of lead based paint and is excellent for intricate, carved or molded surfaces. It is also great for removing marine paints without damaging the gel coat. Because it is a paste, Smart Strip can easily be applied by brush, roller or conventional airless sprayer. It is formulated to remain wet and effective over extended periods of time and does not require the use of Peel Away Paper. Although the use of Peel Away Paper will accelerate the removal process and extend dwell time.

PEEL AWAY 7 is an environmentally safe paint remover used to remove oil and latex paint. Peel Away 7 is a unique, safe system for removing paint and chemically-resistant coatings. Specially formulated to remove oil/latex paints, it will also remove almost all chemically resistant coatings, including epoxies, urethanes, elastomerics, chlorinated rubber, marine, automotive, and aerospace. Peel Away 7 does not contain methylene chloride, MEK or any other highly flammable solvent normally found in paint removers. Peel Away 7 is designed for use on a variety of substrates, including wood, brick, stone, plaster, metal, fiberglass, graphite, and steel. Because it adheres to even vertical or overhead surfaces without running, Peel Away 7 is ideal for carved and molded areas on beautiful hardwood surfaces including oak, walnut, mahogany, cherry and chestnut. Peel Away 7 is a poultice system consisting of an easily applied paste which is then covered with a fibrous laminated cloth, allowing them to work together for optimum performance while controlling evaporation. Not all projects will require use of the cloth cover.
