This bulletin serves to annouce changes in distribution of the following commercial wallcovering brands:

Hirshfield’s Commercial Wallcoverings Division is happy to annouce that we will now represent Omnova’s Essex™ and Tower® brands of 54” Commercial Wallcoverings beginning June 10, 2006.

Effective June 10, 2006, Hirshfield’s Commercial Wallcoverings will no longer represent the Omnova Genon 54” Commercial Vinyl lines. This includes the Genon Binders 1 & 2 in addition to the following: Amore, Brio, Cache and Megatrends print collections, Nouveau Luxe & Lifelines collections

Hirshfield’s will represent Essex 54” Commercial Wallcoverings in the following states: ILLINOIS, IOWA, KANSAS, MINNESOTA, MISSOURI, NEBRASKA, NORTH DAKOTA, SOUTH DAKOTA and WISCONSIN.

Hirshfield’s will represent Tower 54” Commercial Wallcoverings in the following states: ILLINOIS, IOWA, MINNESOTA, NEBRASKA, NORTH DAKOTA, SOUTH DAKOTA and WISCONSIN.

Wallcovering collections from Essex™ and Tower® will be serviced by Hirshfield’s Commercial Wallcoverings Division beginning June 10, 2006.

How will these changes effect you?

Hirshfield’s will do our very best to make this transition as easy as possible for all of our customers. We are aware that changes such as these will result in some confusion, but rest assured we are prepared for unforseen circumstances that may occur.

Sampling requests, stock checking, ordering processes and general information on Essex™ and Tower® should be directed to Hirshfield’s Commercial Wallcoverings beginning June 10, 2006. We will end direct service on Genon at that time.
